What is Crystal Patch?
Crystal Patch is a dedicated UV DTF print process developed by Resolute using the new series of R-JET PRO DTF™ UV61 and UVi-3D DTF Printers. It uses a precise combination of ink layering and clear coat technique to produce a raised, tactile dome-like surface — one that refracts and catches light in a way that standard prints simply cannot.
The result is a faceted, crystalline finish with genuine visual depth. Logos feel sculpted. Patterns catch ambient light and shift as the angle changes. Details are sharpened and contrasted in a way that elevates the perceived quality of any decorated product.
Using a dedicated print process, this technique creates a distinctive 3D crystal clear domed effect that catches light to produce a sharp, faceted finish with added depth and visual movement.
