What is ULTRA DTF™?
Our groundbreaking Ultra DTF™ technology revolutionises garment decoration. This innovative process, achieved through multilayer jetting enabled by advanced software, specially designed mesh film coatings, and sublimation-blocking powder, overcomes the limitations of traditional methods. It produces vibrant, durable, transfers, ideal for sportswear and custom apparel. The Ultra DTF™ process is available on the V4HG and V9HG R-Jet PRO DTF Printers, all V8’s supplied after December 2024 are Ultra ready. For printing with ULTRA DTF™, your normal production speeds will decrease slightly when producing stripe-blocking transfers. The unique powder that reacts with the mesh film coating does not work with regular DTF film.
