Resolute Hot Peel Pro

The Resolute Premium Pro Hot Peel DTF Film is a continuous roll transfer film that produces super vibrant colours and is instant hot peel or fully cold peel. The hybrid coating means it does not suffer from static issues and is very resilient to moisture and humidity issues.

This film is made from raw materials right here at Resolute, making it available in more sizes and lengths than any other supplier in the UK.

Hot Peel Pro DTF Film Application Instructions:

• Press Settings:
  • Temperature: 155°C (Cotton) or 140°C (Polyester)
  • Pressure: Medium pressure (approx. 1.5 bar for pneumatic presses)
  • Time:
    • Cotton: 5-10 seconds initial press, then peel in one quick motion.
    • Polyester: 3-7 seconds initial press, then peel in one quick motion.
    • Second Press (Optional): 3-7 seconds after film removal (depending on fabric).
• Peeling: Peel the Hot Peel DTF Film in a single, swift motion.
• Important Notes:
  • These are recommended settings and may need adjustment based on your specific heat press model and fabrics used.
  • Certain fabrics may require longer pressing times.
  • Always conduct test prints before production runs.
  • Please note: Batch to batch colour density can vary.
  • It is advised to complete larger jobs from the same batch of film to avoid colour shift.
