Resolute Premium UV DTF B‑Film – 30cm x 50m Roll is the B‑side laminate used in UV Direct‑to‑Film workflows to create durable transfers from flatbed UV printers. Once your design is printed onto the A‑film with UV‑curable inks, this B‑film is laminated over the top to form a complete transfer that can be peeled and applied to hard, smooth surfaces.
This 30cm x 50m roll format is ideal for continuous production in roll‑to‑roll UV DTF setups and compact flatbed UV environments using 30cm media. It is intended for professional users producing UV DTF decals, labels, and branding for items such as bottles, tumblers, glassware, metal signs, plastics, acrylic, and other non‑porous substrates where direct printing is not practical.
Product Information
Product Type
UV DTF B‑Film laminate (B‑side transfer / carrier film).
Brand
Resolute Premium.
Width
30 cm (approx. 300–310 mm).
Roll Length
50 m.
Intended Use
UV DTF transfers for hard, non‑porous surfaces such as glass, metal, plastics, acrylic, ceramics, and finished wood.
Print Technology
UV DTF (laminate only – not a printable film on its own).
Compatible Systems
UV/UV DTF setups that use separate A (print) film and B (laminate) film, including roll‑to‑roll or flatbed UV DTF workflows. Always confirm compatibility and settings with your specific printer and laminator.
Usage Instructions
Use as the B‑side laminate in an A/B UV DTF workflow:
- Print artwork onto A‑film using UV‑curable ink (typically white, colour, then varnish/topcoat).
- Laminate the printed A‑film together with this B‑film using a suitable laminator or integrated UV DTF unit.
- Cut finished transfers to size, peel, and apply to the target surface as per your UV DTF process.
- Store the roll in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and humidity to protect the adhesive and carrier properties.
- Keep the lamination path, rollers, and work area clean to avoid dust and debris being trapped between A and B films, which can cause bubbles, poor adhesion, and visual defects.
- Use appropriate laminator settings (speed, pressure, and, if applicable, temperature) as recommended for your UV DTF system; always run test strips to dial in settings before full production.
- After application to the final object, peel the B‑film back smoothly at a low angle, and allow the transfer to fully settle before heavy handling or testing adhesion.
Safety Information
Operate laminators and UV DTF systems in a well‑ventilated workspace, especially around UV curing, and follow all safety guidance provided with your UV printer and consumables.
