All European customers must provide a valid vat number with order, failing to do so will result in the vat being charged.

Any products ordered incorrectly may be returned if un opened and within 14 days from delivery. All returns will be subject to a 25% re stocking fee. Refunds will not include the shipping.

Printers once ordered and not delivered will be subject to the same 25% re stocking fee. Should the printer be inked up for testing it becomes used and will be subject to calculated cancellation costs depending on circumstances.

Loaned equipment and parts is on the basis replacements are ordered and paid for, any ordered goods that are cancelled where an item has been loaned will be subject to wear and tear charges relevant to the time loaned. This could be a charge per print or similar but not restricted to. All incurred costs due to order cancellation will be charged and deducted from any refunds issued.

Credit accounts that have no activity for 90 days will be automatically closed. Ordering on-line will still be available using the various payment methods.

Product prices may vary with exchange rates where the items are imported.

Any products damaged in transit must be signed for as damaged, failing to do so will result in any claims against courier companies, shipping companies and air freight being deemed as void. Goods in transit unless in a vehicle owned by Resolute DTG Ltd are not the responsibility of Resolute DTG Ltd. Consequential loss, damages or work in progress are not covered by Resolute DTG Ltd or any warranties it issues.

Where a product is a set size i.e. 1000ml we reserve the right to supply multiples of a lesser amount for the same price should the larger size not be available i.e. 2 x 500ml replaces 1 x 1000ml.

Trade Printing is normally produced at Resolute, during holiday periods or if we are attending a trade show, printing may be supplied by an official print partner.

In adverse weather conditions when the temperature drops below 5 centigrade, your ink could freeze or be damaged. The ink will not print after reaching this temperature, Resolute DTG nor any of its authorised dealers accept no liability should this situation arise and will not replace or refund any ink, parts or products affected by the weather conditions or by using ink that has been subject to these temperatures.

No guarantee of durability in the wash is offered. Temperatures and times given are guides only and you must perform your own curing and wash tests to determine the optimum settings. If we print anything for you, and you provide the images, you must have written permission stating you can use these images for this purpose. Failing to do so is breaking the law and you will be liable for all costs, fines and any associated costs should these occur for any reason.
