The Resolute Premium ULTRA DTF™ Stripe Blocking Adhesive Powder (1KG) is a crucial component in the ULTRA DTF™ printing process, specifically formulated for use with the Resolute R-JET PRO ULTRA DTF™ System and Resolute Premium Ultra DTF™ Hot Peel Film. This Silver Grey powder is designed to provide exceptional adhesion and prevent dye migration, ensuring vibrant and durable transfers on a variety of fabrics, especially polyester.

 

Important Usage Notes:

• This powder must be used in conjunction with the Resolute Premium Ultra DTF™ Hot Peel Film, or Resolute Premium Hot peel pro dtf film
• Do not mix this powder with standard DTF powders.
• Follow the specific setup and heat pressing instructions provided for optimal results.
• Batch to batch colour density can vary.

Usage Instructions:

• Preparation:
  • Ensure the Resolute Premium Ultra DTF™ Hot Peel Film is loaded in your ULTRA DTF™ system.
  • Empty any existing standard DTF powder from the collection drawer and put it back into the powder hopper.
  • Place the Resolute Stripe Blocking Adhesive Powder in the bottom of the film loop with the spool. Do not place this powder in the top powder hopper.
• Printing Process:
  • Follow the specific printing instructions for the ULTRA DTF™ system, including RIP and PrintEXP settings.
• Wash and Care:
  • Wash in 30c or cool water.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals like Vanish or stain removers.
  • Do not tumble dry on high heat.

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
  • Make sure the bag is resealed to avoid moisture.
