R-Jet PRO DTF™ V9 Double Chamber Purifier

The R-Jet PRO DTF™ V9 Double Chamber Purifier is designed for the V9 platform and selected six-head DTF printers. Its larger double-chamber design is suited to higher-capacity DTF production environments where increased filtration capacity and air handling are required.

The purifier is designed to connect to the relevant smoke and exhaust points on compatible DTF printing and powder-shaking equipment. It helps manage fumes and airborne contaminants generated during production, supporting a cleaner and more controlled workspace when correctly installed and maintained.

This purifier is supplied with its filter set and is CE certified. Replacement filter elements and activated carbon should be maintained and replaced according to usage, airflow performance, and the manufacturer’s maintenance guidance.

The purifier can be purchased separately or included at a discounted price when purchased with a supported R-Jet PRO DTF™ V9 printer.

Instructions

• Position the purifier close to the smoke outlet of the compatible DTF printer or powder-shaking system.

• Connect the relevant smoke outlet to the purifier’s smoke inlet using suitable ducting.

• Connect the purifier’s exhaust port to an appropriate external discharge point.

• Ensure the complete ducting system is secure, correctly supported, and free from obstructions.

• Connect the purifier to a suitable 220VAC, 50/60Hz power supply.

• Confirm that the machine is properly grounded before operation.

• Switch on the main power and start the purifier using the control system.

• Select the required fan or operating level where applicable.

• Keep all doors and access panels closed during operation.

• Check the purifier regularly for reduced airflow, smoke leakage, oil accumulation, unusual noise, or blocked filters.

Safety information

• This Double Chamber Purifier is a large and heavy machine weighing approximately 180 kg. Use suitable lifting, positioning, and installation equipment.

• Place the purifier on a stable, level surface capable of supporting its operating weight.

• Disconnect the power supply before opening access panels or carrying out maintenance.

• Ensure the machine is properly grounded before use.

• Do not operate the purifier with damaged electrical components, loose ducting, an open door, or incorrectly installed filters.

• Keep the filter door and service panels closed during operation to help prevent smoke leakage.

• Do not block the air inlet or exhaust outlet.

• Ensure the exhaust is routed safely and that the installation complies with applicable workplace and building requirements.

• Inspect the connecting ducting regularly for oil or residue accumulation.

• Drain oil or residue from the relevant pipe and drain points at regular intervals where required. 

• Replace the filter element when it becomes blocked or when airflow performance decreases.

• Do not touch internal components while the purifier is operating.

• Keep the machine dry and away from water or excessive moisture.

• Only trained or authorised personnel should install, service, or modify the purifier.

• Always ensure all doors are closed securely to prevent smoke leakage.
