R-Jet PRO DTF V9 Purifier Replacement Filter Set

Maintain the filtration performance of your R-Jet PRO DTF V9 purification system with this genuine replacement filter set.

Designed for the R-Jet PRO DTF V9 Double Chamber Purifier, the set contains the two replaceable filtration elements required by the system:

• A main filter unit for capturing airborne particles and contaminants.

• An activated carbon filter bag for helping to reduce odours and certain airborne fumes.

Replacing the filter elements at the appropriate intervals helps support effective airflow and dependable filtration in demanding DTF production environments. The set is intended for the R-Jet PRO DTF V9HG and selected six-head DTF printer installations.

This is a replacement consumable set only. The purifier itself is not included.

Instructions

• Switch off the purifier and disconnect it from the electrical supply.

• Allow the purifier and filter compartments to cool before opening the unit.

• Open the relevant access panel according to the purifier operating instructions.

• Carefully remove the used main filter unit, avoiding unnecessary disturbance of collected dust.

• Remove the used activated carbon filter bag from its designated compartment.

• Check the filter compartments and remove any loose dust or debris using a suitable method.

• Install the replacement main filter unit in the same orientation as the original.

• Install the replacement activated carbon filter bag securely in its designated position.

• Confirm that both filter elements are correctly seated and that all access panels can close fully.

• Close and secure the access panel before reconnecting the purifier.

• Switch on the purifier and check that airflow is unobstructed and that there are no unusual noises, vibrations or warning indications.

Do not operate the purifier without the required filter elements correctly installed.

Safety information

• Disconnect the purifier from the power supply before carrying out filter replacement.

• Wear suitable gloves and respiratory protection when handling used filters, especially where DTF powder or other contaminants may have accumulated.

• Do not shake, brush or use compressed air on used filters.

• Do not wash, dismantle or reuse the main filter unit.

• Do not open, cut or empty the activated carbon filter bag.

• Keep replacement and used filters away from children, food and drink.

• Dispose of used filters in accordance with local waste-disposal requirements and workplace procedures.

• Do not install this filter set in a purifier model other than the compatible V9 unit.

• Replace filters when airflow is reduced, extraction performance decreases, the filter becomes visibly loaded, or the purifier indicates that servicing is required.

• Filtration does not replace suitable workplace ventilation, safe DTF powder handling or appropriate personal protective equipment.
