The DTF Electrolytic Vapour condenser provides filterless, high-efficiency air purification for DTF printing setups, ensuring a clean and safe workspace.
It is designed to address the vapor collection and air purification needs of Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing. During the curing process, DTF printing releases a vapor, airborne particles that can compromise air quality. The advanced electrolytic condensing technology effectively captures and removes these contaminants, including oily fog and fine particulate matter, without the need for traditional filters.
Once the air has passed through the condensing unit it can be vented outside by means of a flexible 70mm 10m hose, or into a final filter box if an external outlet point is not available. If an additional filter box is in use, this will require the filter to be replaced at 3 to 6 months depending on usage. If using Resolute Premium inks or the DuPont P1600 inks which have the HAPS certification, there is no impact on the air that is extracted into the environment.

Filtration Type: Electrolytic Filtration (Filterless)
-
Application: DTF Printing Fume Extraction
-
Instructions:
-
Placement: Position the extractor in a location that allows for optimal fume capture above the DTF curing unit. Ensure sufficient clearance above the unit for proper tube connection and routing.
-
Connection: Connect the extraction tube to the designated outlet on the Extractor and securely attach the other end to the finishing unit or a suitable exhaust point. Ensure a tight seal to prevent leaks.
-
Power: Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet with the specified voltage.
-
Operation: Turn on the unit using the power switch. The extractor will begin capturing and purifying the air.
-
Maintenance: Periodically check the unit for any buildup of residue. Clean the electrolytic plates according to the manufacturer's instructions.
-
Tube routing: Ensure that the tube is routed in a way that allows for efficient airflow, and does not create any sharp bends or kinks.
Safety Information:
-
Electrical Safety: Ensure the unit is connected to a properly grounded electrical outlet. Do not use damaged power cords.
-
Ventilation: While the extractor significantly improves air quality, ensure adequate general ventilation in the workspace.
-
Cleaning: Always disconnect the power before cleaning the unit. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for cleaning the electrolytic plates.
-
Fire Hazard: Do not use the extractor near flammable materials.
-
Proper Placement: Ensure the unit is placed on a stable flat surface at ground level.
-
Tube safety: Ensure the tube is properly secured, and does not create a tripping hazard.
-
Manufacturer instructions: Always follow the manufacturer's instructions
