The Pneumatic Twin Platen Heat Press is designed for busy print shops that need fast, repeatable and professional garment finishing on DTF and other transfer processes. Its dual platen layout lets operators prep the next garment while the first is being pressed, dramatically reducing idle time and increasing throughput on larger runs. A pneumatic system delivers perfectly even pressure across the platen, reducing operator fatigue and helping to ensure flawless results on everything from lightweight t‑shirts to heavy hoodies.
This model is supplied on a heavy-duty wheeled stand with upgraded laser alignment, giving precise positioning for prints such as chest logos, full fronts and oversize designs. Upgradable and interchangeable platen options allow you to handle sleeves, pockets, bags and other specialist items, and optional heat plates support advanced finishes such as faux embroidery and textured effects for premium garments. Built for continuous production with CE, RoHS and FCC certifications, it is a robust solution for shops running multiple DTF systems or expanding their finishing capacity.
Please note that delivery of this Heat Press will be billed separately. We will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements.

Instructions
-
Position the press on its wheeled stand on a flat, stable, non‑flammable surface and lock the castors before use.
-
Connect the machine to the correct mains power supply and suitable oil‑free, super‑silent compressor, ensuring all pneumatic lines are secure.
-
Switch on the main power and compressor, then use the control panel to set the required temperature, time and pressure according to your film, adhesive and garment type.
-
Allow the platens to reach set temperature; ensure both upper and lower platens are clean and free from debris or stray transfer film.
-
Load the first garment onto one platen, smoothing out seams and folds, and use the laser guides to align the transfer area accurately.
-
Position your DTF transfer (or other media) and start the press cycle; the pneumatic system will clamp and release automatically when the timer completes.
-
While the first platen is pressing, load and align the next garment on the second platen ready for the next cycle.
-
When the cycle finishes, carefully open the press if required, remove the garment using heat‑resistant gloves, and follow the recommended peel instructions for your film.
-
Repeat the process, periodically checking for consistent pressure, temperature and transfer quality across both platens.
-
At the end of production, reduce temperature, switch off the press and compressor, isolate from mains power and allow the machine to cool before cleaning or moving.
Safety information
-
Only trained operators should use this heat press, and they must be familiar with all controls, emergency stop functions and pneumatic components.
-
The press and platens reach very high temperatures during use; always wear suitable heat‑resistant gloves and avoid touching heated metal surfaces.
-
Keep hands, clothing and cables clear of the moving platen area; use the handles and controls provided and never reach between platens during a press cycle.
-
Ensure the unit is placed on a stable, level, heat‑resistant surface with castors locked, and keep the surrounding area clean, dry and well ventilated.
-
Do not operate near flammable materials, and never exceed manufacturer‑recommended temperature, pressure or time settings.
-
Regularly inspect the power cable, plug, emergency stop, compressor and pneumatic hoses for wear, damage or leaks; isolate power and air before any maintenance.
-
Disconnect power and air and allow the press to cool completely before cleaning, changing platens or moving the machine.
-
Children and untrained personnel must be kept away from the machine.
