This platen is ideal for adding your own brand, size information, care details, or other personalised markings inside shirts and apparel. It can also be used when decorating the outer garment, helping you work more efficiently across different print locations.

When pressing an inside label or tag, it is recommended that the garment is turned inside out and positioned on the reverse side of the platen. This helps keep the application area flat and clear, supporting a cleaner press and reducing interference from the rest of the garment.

• Switch off, cool, and fully depressurise the heat press before fitting or removing the platen.

• Ensure the platen is securely installed before operating the machine.

• For inside labels or tags, turn the garment inside out and position it on the reverse side of the platen.

• Make sure the label or tag area is flat, correctly positioned, and free from folds, seams, buttons, or other obstructions.

• Check that the garment is positioned so unwanted areas are not trapped beneath the heated platen.

• Test temperature, pressure, dwell time, and transfer settings on a sample garment before production.

• Confirm that the garment and label material are suitable for heat application.

• Do not touch the platen or other heated surfaces during or immediately after use.

• Keep hands clear of moving and pressurised components while the heat press is operating.
