R-JET PRO DTF™ UV61-3Di

The R-Jet PRO DTF™ UV61-3Di is a high-performance, 57cm-wide UV DTF printer designed for serious production of standard UV DTF transfers, raised 3D TPU patches and premium faux embroidery effects.
Built around an Epson i3200 printhead, the UV61-3Di delivers print speeds of up to 10 linear metres per hour for standard UV DTF production. Its roll-to-roll design, integrated laminator and three air-cooled UV LED lamps provide a reliable production platform for long-run gang sheets, wide-format work and high-value decorative applications.
Using Resolute Premium UV DTF Ink, the printer is suited to everyday transfers for hard substrates. With the appropriate High-Flex UV Ink and compatible films, it can also produce raised TPU patches and textured faux embroidery finishes for fashion, sportswear, workwear, accessories and branded merchandise.

The 57cm print width provides useful production capacity for gang sheets, repeat jobs and wider-format UV DTF work. Combined with print speeds of up to 10 linear metres per hour on standard UV DTF transfers, the UV61-3Di is designed to help production businesses increase throughput without moving immediately to a larger industrial platform.
The Epson i3200 printhead and 720 × 1440 dpi resolution support detailed, high-quality transfer production across a broad range of hard substrates.
