The integrated automatic loader streamlines the start of every production cycle by precisely positioning transfer sheets onto the platens, with platen sizes of up to 400 x 500 mm, it uses four vacuum suction cups with spring-loaded height adjustment to adapt instantly to material thicknesses without the need for tools. Motorised front/back movement, magnetic positioning, and four-door access make operation quick and efficient, while its slide-in mobile design ensures easy setup and integration.
Once transfers are pressed, the automatic peeler removes the film cleanly, delivering a flawless finish with every peel — even on challenging or delicate materials. A textile hold-down system keeps garments perfectly in place, while a combination of adjustable suction cups, laser-guided alignment, and a robust grip mechanism ensures precise and reliable removal. Like the loader, it features motorised movement, four-door access, and a mobile slide-in frame for maximum flexibility.
