    CraftyJet™ DTF Inks are manufactured in the UK to a Resolute formulation, allowing you to transfer prints onto a wide range of fabrics, including polyester, cotton, high-visibility apparel, and blended materials. Whether you prefer manual or automated curing, these inks offer flexible curing options to suit your workflow.

  • Instructions & Safety Information

    Instructions:

    • Preparation: Ensure your CraftyJet™ by Resolute DTF Craft Printer is properly set up and calibrated.
    • Ink Filling: Fill the ink tanks with the appropriate CraftyJet™ CMYKW DTF Inks.
    • Printing: Print using your desired settings.
    • Film Application: Print your design onto DTF transfer film.
    • Powder Application: Apply DTF powder evenly to the wet ink.
    • Curing: Cure the powder using a heat press or oven, following the recommended temperature and time settings in your printer's manual. Both manual and automated curing options can be used.
    • Transfer: Heat press the cured transfer onto your desired fabric.
    • Cooling: Allow the transfer to cool completely before peeling off the film.
    • Post-Press: Perform a second heat press for enhanced durability and a softer feel.
    • Colour consistency: It is advised to complete larger jobs from the same batch of film to avoid colour shift.

    Safety Information:

    • Always refer to your printer's safety guidelines for handling inks and using RIP software.
    • Ensure proper ventilation in your workspace to avoid inhaling ink fumes.
    • Keep this product out of reach of children and pets.
    • Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
    • Wear appropriate protective gear, such as gloves and a mask, when handling inks.
    • Dispose of used ink and containers according to local regulations.
    • Please note: Batch to batch colour density can vary.
