Both solutions answer the market’s growing appetite for premium finishes, flexible production, and fast turnaround, and they do it without the overheads that typically hold businesses back.

3D patch printing brings a bold, dimensional look that is perfect for brands wanting to elevate garments or hard goods that can be heat pressed. The finish delivers the visual punch of a silicone badge, with a soft touch, exceptional durability, and impressive adhesion. Designers benefit from clean, high impact graphics, while decorators enjoy a process with no setup costs, economical consumables, and zero dye migration when applying to polyester. With the ability to produce varied texture depths, 3D patches open a fresh creative lane for fashion, sportswear, corporate apparel, and promotional merchandise. 

Resolute will also demonstrate faux embroidery, a smart alternative to stitched decoration. Produced on the same printer as 3D patches, flexible UV inks are printed onto a special adhesive media, to replicate embroidery’s dimensional aesthetics. Applied with a heat press produces a soft flexible feel with great durability. Approximately 10 times faster than traditional embroidery and a fraction of the cost, ideal for shoes, bags, jackets, and structured items where traditional embroidery often falls short.
