Resolute Premium DTF Printhead Flushing Liquid is a professional-grade cleaning solution for maintaining and recovering blocked DTF printer heads. The specialised blue formula helps dissolve dried ink and residue inside the printhead channels, improving ink flow and prolonging printer lifespan.

Usage Instructions:

Always wear the included gloves before handling the solution. Save a nozzle check test sheet before cleaning for comparison. Clean the capping station and wiper blade using IPA wipes (see related products). Soak cleaning swabs in the flushing liquid and gently clean the printhead surface. Fill the capping station to the brim with the solution. Return the print carriage to the home position (X home command). Leave the head to soak for 30 minutes (do not exceed this time). Perform two strong cleaning cycles. Print a new nozzle test sheet and compare results. Repeat steps 6–9 up to two times if necessary.

Important Notes:

Avoid extended soaking beyond 30 minutes to prevent damage. If no improvement occurs after two cleaning cycles, the printhead may require service. Contact Resolute for assistance. Always close the bottle securely when not in use.
