Instructions & Safety Information

Instructions

Printing:
- Print white ink only at approximately 40%-50% when using Resolute Premium White. Other inks may require more white. Powder as normal.
- Do not use a choke on the white ink, finer detail will require the full white ink coverage.
Pressing:
- Press for 15 seconds at 155°C.
- Let the print totally cool before cold peeling.
- A second press is optional but recommended for optimal matt results.

Safety Information

Washing:
- Machine wash at 30°C.
- Do not use stain removers or fabric conditioners.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Iron inside out and not directly over the print.
Ageing:
- Ageing may occur over time, depending on the fabric type and garment use.
- Always conduct your own tests before providing washing details to your customers.
- If any residual foil is left around the edges remove with an adhesive fabric roller.
- Not suitable for very fine detail.

Remember: These metallic DTF films are designed for exceptional visual impact. Follow the instructions carefully for optimal results and longevity. Not suitable for fine detail artwork more suited to block text designs.
