Instructions:
Placement: Position the Curing Oven on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface with adequate ventilation.
Power Connection: Ensure the oven is connected to a correctly grounded 220V power outlet.
Preheating: For optimal performance, preheat the oven to 120°C for 220 seconds before the curing process.
Temperature Setting: Use the temperature control to set the desired curing temperature according to your DTF film and ink manufacturer's recommendations.
Timer Setting: Set the timer for the recommended curing duration.
Film Placement: Carefully place the printed DTF film onto the curing tray within the internal curing area.
Curing Process: Close the hydraulic lid. The curing cycle will begin automatically.
Completion: Once the timer reaches zero, the curing process is complete. Carefully open the lid and remove the cured film using heat-resistant gloves if necessary.
Cooling: Allow the cured film to cool completely before handling for transfer.
Cleaning: After use and when the oven is cool and unplugged, clean the interior with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
